Mission

It is well known that each year due to fires many people die, are severely hurt with long-term injuries, must be cared for the rest of their lives, suffer emotionally from the loss of loved ones, lose all their possessions or must otherwise fight the effects of a fire for any number of reasons.

It is in order to preventatively counter these consequences that we have formed the company today.

In doing so we have set our selves apart from the guiding principles of other companies:

Economically, ecologically and socially responsible entrepreneurship with the goal of reliably, affordably and in a sustainable manner protecting many people from the consequences of fire-related catastrophes regardless of their social position, ethnic background or religious belief is not just a formula from a business textbook but a conviction we live out everyday.

It is also especially important for us to create secure job positions, to look after the environment and to do business in a socially integrated manner.

As a service provider we do all that is humanly possible to offer the customer flawless service without “if” or “but”. “The Customer Service Desert of Germany – No Thanks!” is our motto in this regard.

As the producer of hazard detectors we always strive for optimal, technical solutions at affordable prices, high added value for our customers and responsibly developed production methods. Our profits are modestly implemented and carefully used for the company’s continued development.
