Apartments that show a significant risk of mold due to unfavorable climate conditions are immediately recognized by our special smoke alarm and are displayed to our technician directly so that prompt measures can be taken.

In rooms that are particularly at risk for damage from mold the PX-1+ sounds a short warning tone every 90 seconds after 6 negative readings (6 weeks), in order to alert the renter to contact our service or the building superintendent.
