Where is the fire?

If the PX-iP detects a fire, it automatically sends a SMS or an email to one or several recipients, in real time. The message contains the precise identification and location of the smoke alarm, as well as the essential paraments (smoke density and temperature) that give information about possible reasons of the alert. Firefighters are guided via Google Map and plans of the building to the exact location of the fire. No more losing time looking for it. This is particularly helpful in large buildings saving precious time better spent on fighting the fire.

The Clue: Thanks to bidirectional communication it is possible to both trigger the smoke alarm and silence it via our online portal.

The Fire Alarm Aystem of the Future

It is possible to gather up to 2¹⁴ (that is 16.384) PX-iP in one single smoke alarm network, easily configurable via our online portal. Networks can be divided into hierarchical sub-networks.
The configuration can be done either from a mobile device, such as an iPad, or a control center. Any device connected to the Internet can be used to check "on the fly" the status of a PX-iP..

3rd Party Appliances

The PX-iP has a dedicated interface for 3rd party appliances. Thanks to bidirectional connection to the Internet, it is particularily suited for treatment and transmission of data, for example coming from a home safety system.
